Why do I need to create a Room Resource for my Meeting HQ?

This article applies to the Meeting HQ

The Meeting HQ requires a Room Resource in Google Workspace or Office 365 so that the Meeting HQ's Room can be invited to meetings and sync with the Quick Start calendar.

Since multiple Meeting HQs in an organization can use one shared Google Workspace or Office 365 account, creating separate Room Resources allows for unique calendars and meeting schedules for each Meeting HQ.
