I don’t see my Owl in The Nest. How do I add it?
If you don’t see your Owl in your Nest, follow the steps below to associate it with your company.
- After logging in, select on the Devices tab on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click Claim Owl on the top right side of the screen
- Add your Owl to your Nest by entering the serial number. The Serial number can be found on the bottom of your Owl and will either begin with ‘M1’ or ‘M2’. If your Owl is registered to another user, an email will be sent to that user requesting the transfer of the Owl over to your organization.
