I’m hearing feedback through the Meeting Owl’s speaker when a remote participant is talking

If you are hearing feedback (a growing whining or whistling sound) through your Owl’s speaker when a remote participant is talking, follow the steps below.

  1. Mute your Owl’s microphones. If the problem goes away, there is likely another device in the room that is unmuted on the call. Have all local participants mute their devices and turn down their device’s speakers.

If problem continues, contact Owl Labs support.
