Do you offer support in my language?

We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class customer support. However, we do have limitations with non-English speaking customers.

We do offer translations on our support articles. If you’d like to translate any articles on our Support Site, you can select the button in the bottom left corner of the page, which will likely say “English”, and choose your language from the list.

Right now, our agents can only offer support in English. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for on our Support Site, we will do our best to use Google Translate to communicate with you via chat or email. We apologize if anything gets lost in translation!

  • You can also use this form to submit an email ticket. 

We cannot support non-English phone or video calls.
